- QUESTION: I own a decorative concrete resurfacing company but dont use your products. I mainly do spray deck finishes but my material cost if over $1.40 a foot and that doesnt include shipping costs. Can you tell me how much your products cost and where I can get trained near Dallas. – Richard Kirby

- ANSWER: Richard, first of all we realize that material cost means nothing if the materials your are using do not perform long term. With that said, typically the cost of materials to install the type of finish you prefer is about $0.55 to $0.70 per sq. ft. That includes; skim/base coat, splatter texture coat at 100% coverage, 1 to 2 highlight coats, colorant and 2 to 3 coats of protective sealer. Of course this does not include labor but our office located in Dallas, Texas can show you how to save you at least 40% of your labor and become much more time effective using our materials.

- QUESTION: We currently use a modified acrylic coating from a Florida company and from looking at your website, it looks like you can do a whole lot more with your products. Can you briefly tell me the differences in your products? – James

- ANSWER: James, first of all, our cementitious overlayment and repair products do contain some acrylic resin for UV protective reasons. However, acrylic modified systems like what your currently use are very limited in terms of texturing capability, workability and long term strength. Our products are considered “Hybrid” because we combine the performance of acrylic = UV resistance with VAE = texturing capability and ease of use with SBR = high abrasion resistance and long term ware. But dont take my word for it, use our products just one time and you will be convinced.

- QUESTION: I am looking to change my career, but i have no experience in concrete work at all. Will your training session teach me to become a full time decorative concrete contractor, or is this for the experienced? – Calvin Hall

- ANSWER: Calvin, over 95% of all Elite Crete Systems installers had zero concrete related experience prior to them attending training and starting a decorative concrete business. Our trainings are designed to teach you how to install our products and operate a successful business but obviously you cannot become a pro in just two days. Once your training is over, the authorized trainer will continue to assist you with all aspects of running your business. Consider them a personal business coach if you will. You will find that our ongoing technical and business development support is second to none in any business.
